Obituary of Clifford Llewein Skinner

November 24, 1971 – December 21, 2016 Age 45 years It is with heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Clifford Lleweln Skinner, devoted brother, uncle, father, godfather, and friend. We will miss your enduring ability to make us all laugh, your unbridled enthusiasm to live every day to the fullest, and your gratitude for all the Lord’s blessings. Clifford is survived by his daughter Shavana Simms, brothers Hughie, Todd (Edna), and Victor (Melissa), sisters Gloria (Edgar) Morris and Trudy (Glen) MacNeal. He was pre-deceased by his parents Ruby Louise and Clarence Harvey Skinner.
