Obituary of Clifford Omar Neighbour

April 26, 1945 – February 5, 2017 It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Clifford Omar Neighbour on February 5th, 2017, at the age of 71. Cliff is survived by his wife, Lynn, daughter Tara (Curtis), grandchildren Micah and Zoey, along with 6 brothers, 7 sisters and a large extended family. He was predeceased by his father, Omar and mother Frances. In accordance with Cliff’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be a gathering of friends and family on Saturday, February 18th at 2pm at the Rio Grande Hall.
