Obituary of Ardath Laura Weiszbeck

Ardath Laura Weiszbeck (nee St. Dennis)

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Ardath on June 18, 2017 in Fairview, at the age of 79.  Ardath was born in Edmonton on January 23, 1938.  She spent her childhood in Grande Prairie, and Pouce Coupe.  She married Norman Nels Pedersen in 1954.  They raised three children, living in Pouce Coupe, and Dawson Creek, before moving to Lillooet in 1980.  Norman passed away in 1983.  Ardath married Joseph Weiszbeck in 1987, they lived in Lillooet and then moved to Kamloops in 2011.  Joe passed away in 2012.  Ardath moved to Rycroft in 2014.  Ardath will be missed by her partner Joe Glenn; Daughter Cathy (Blain) Pedersen; Sons Rick, Dennis (Dawn) Pedersen; Granddaughters Niki and Sonja Pedersen; Sisters Patricia Coutts, Marion White, Inez St. Dennis; Brother Patrick St. Dennis (Mary); Sister-in-law Bettie St. Dennis (pre-deceased by her brother Roger).

A Celebration of Life will be held for Ardath Saturday, June 24, at the Merry Pioneers Senior Centre,

in Rycroft at 2:00pm.
