Obituary of Douglas Raymond Bell

November 22, 1938 - August 20, 2017

Douglas Raymond Bell was born in Montney B.C on November 22,1938 and passed away in Grande Prairie AB on August 20th, 2017 with his loving family at his side.

Doug is survived by his loving wife, Gladys; sons, Darcy (Nancy), and Terry (Jenny); stepchildren, Laurie, John, and Quentin; grandchildren, Kenton, Kory (Megan), Kristopher, Justin, Brianna, Brittany, Shae, Noah and Liam; sisters, Jean, Dianne, and Marilyn (Ken); brothers, Jack (Norma), Joe (Mary), Harold (Jean), Bob (Marion), and Murray (Evelyn); and numerous nieces and nephews. Doug will be sadly missed by his family and numerous friends 

Doug was predeceased by his loving parents, Jack and Ada Bell; sister, Hilda; brothers - in-law, Lyman and Hughie; nephew, Brett; niece, Stacy; and great nephew, Michael.

A memorial service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Fort St. John BC, on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 12:00 PM (BC time).In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Grande Prairie Palliative Care Society (PO Box 21215, Grande Prairie AB T8V 6W7.)
