Obituary of Geordie D. Mosure
March 27, 1961 – March 28, 2018
It is with a heavy heart that the family of Geordie D Mosure announce his sudden passing on March 28, 2018 at the age of 57 years. Geordie is a beloved son, brother, husband, father, and friend.
Geordie was born March 27th, 1961 in Regina Saskatchewan. In 1977 Geordie’s parents moved to the Keg River area, where he met his wife and was married in 1982. In 1985 they moved to the Grande Prairie and Wembley area and have since made it their home, raised their children and been lifelong residents.
Geordie apprenticed at the Gear Centre, which was the beginning of his career and where he obtained his Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanics Certification.
In 1990 he started his family and became a father to their first son, Cole. In 1991 their 2nd child and daughter Ashlee arrived. Lastly, in 1997 Geordie and Joan had their youngest son, Tell. Most of their time was spent living on their farm in the Wembley area.
In 2000 he became a successful business owner and from there, created many friendships that would last a lifetime. Geordie had a prosperous career and continued his business throughout his life.
Geordie will be sadly missed and is survived by his loving wife, Joannie of 35 years.
Children; Cole Mosure (Danielle), Ashlee Sampson (Trent) and Tell Mosure.
Siblings; Dean Mosure (Michelle), Todd Mosure (Tina) and Angel Paton (Bruce)

Predeceased by his Mother Donna Mosure and Father in law; Walter Prochinsky.
