My heart is with the families now ! I knew Marion - thru Ken - which was one of my closet friends ( whom I miss to this day ) !
I remember her as straight forward - - and no nonsense, she gave you an opinion on something even though you didn’t elicit it !
But as I have said in the past the thing I remember most about anyone I have know is their smile and or laughter!!
Mrs Skoworodko ( with respect) ! , had honest opinion AND an honest laugh and always seemed to be smiling !
There is now 2 members of your family I will miss from now on !!
I’m sorry I didn’t know sooner or this would have been done sooner ! Deepest condolence to all of the families Larry Potter

Please accept our sincere condolences to the families of grandmother and mother Marion on her recent passing. We especially extend our sympathies to her husband, John, after such a long marriage. We met Marion and John only a few years ago, at the wedding of their granddaughter, Carolyn, to our son and were impressed by the vivacity of Marion and their commitment to drive from Sprit River to Canmore for the event. We know that Carolyn had a love for both grandparents and was fortunate to have visited them in recent months. We wish all the family strength and solace through this time of grieving and know that, as time heals, each of you will have occasions when memories of Marion's life will leap into your consciousness and provide happy remembrances.

Marion was a wonderful lady. She was so enthusiastic about the fitness classes I taught. She loved to learn all the time. She will be dearly missed and fondly

My sweet second-family - the Bensons, I can't imagine the loss you must be feeling. It's never easy to lose a loved one. I remember meeting Marion at one of Sarah's orchestra recitals and I'll never forget how proud she was of Sarah and just how excited she was to be there to hear her play. May the many happy memories you have with her, in time, replace the sadness you are feeling now. Love always, Soy xo

I am so sorry to hear of Marion’s passing. She sat at mom’s table in the lodge (mom always said she was at the best table) and was such a huge part of the church. My condolences to John, Lorraine and families. She will be sadly missed.
