George Bernard Eldridge
October 22, 1942 – October 23, 2018
George was born to Edith and Wallace Eldridge in Cobourg, Ontario. The family moved to Grande Prairie, Alberta while George was a young boy, where he resided most of his life. George was a member of the Canadian Military Engineers in the Canadian Forces and a member of the ANEVETS branch in Grande Prairie. He was employed as a Steam Engineer with Proctor & Gamble/Weyerhaeuser for many years.
George is survived by his daughters; Debbie (Monty) Ducharme, Donna Eldridge, Diane (Travis) Gitzel, Amanda Eldridge and Victoria Eldridge; 7 grandchildren and their spouses, and 2 greatgrandsons. He is also survived by his only brother Ed (Pat) Eldridge and nephews Vince (Tegan) and Trevor Eldridge and families.
George is predeceased by mother, Edith Eldridge and his father Wallace Eldridge
A private family service will be held for George.
