Owen was a good guy with a big heart. Kind of a gentle giant. Lots of memories from the past growing up in Rimbey and going to school, hanging out, having lots of fun, and sometimes getting into trouble!! Owen was a good friend and sad to hear of his passing.
Cancer sucks.

We first met Owen through our son Tyler - Owen was recruiting players for his football team The Colts. Owen had made Tyler feel like a superstar before he ever hit the field and we believe that Owen's faith in Tyler not only encouraged Tyler's love for football but helped guide him through some tough teenage years. Owen will be greatly missed and we would like to express our sincere condolences to the whole family.

I cant honestly say I don't know Owen, however I know and love his sister Heather and his mother Shirley and the late Leonard.
Knowing how caring and compassionate they are I feel I know that Owen came from that same cloth.
My deepest condolences to the Carpenter family.
