Obituary of Nathan Andrew Raymond Steel Payette

On June 15 ,2019 Nathan Andrew Raymond Steel Payette our most beloved son, brother, grandson, family member, and friend passed away suddenly saving the love of his life and died trying to save his beautiful angel Avery.

Since Nathan was just young he enjoyed spending time outdoors.  Nathan enjoyed hunting, fishing, dirtbiking, snow boarding, and just recently started tattooing.

Nathan had a fierce sense of right and wrong and would never stand by while someone needed help in any way.  Most importantly Nathan had a deep love for this family and cherished the time they spent together.

Nathan was an amazing and loving soul, who had an extraordinary sense of humor.  A smile that would light up a room, and he gave the warmest hugs.

Nathan was so excited to be marrying the love of his life Haley Baker and starting his life with her and his beautiful little angel Avery Baker.

Nathan will be missed everyday by his mom Kim Tracey, dad John Payette, brother Adrian Payette, sister Celeste Jackman, nan Marian Tracey, poppa David Tracey, his uncles Kelly Tracey, Dave Tracey, Glenn Tracey, Joe Payette, his aunts, Shelley Shea, Linda Ellis, his cousins Krista Howell, David Howell, Katherine Bradley, Ashley Payette, and his pups Rosco and Kiwi.

Nathan was predeceased by his grandparents Dixie and Andy Payette.

Those who know Nathan even just a little bit lost a shining light in their lives.

If I listen closely I can hear the rustle of Angel wings and know that you’re still with us.

Memorial services for Nathan Payette and Avery Baker will be held at the Grande Cache Rec Center in the curling rink on June 26th 2019 at 2:00 pm hosted by Bear Creek Funeral Home. Celebration of life luncheon will be held at The Legion following the service.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local fire department. The families respectfully ask you check your fire alarms and smoke detectors to keep your family and friends safe.
