Obituary of Doug Erickson

1954-2019

With much sadness we announce the passing of Douglas Paul Erickson at the age of 64. With family gathered around he took his last breath at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital on December 2, 2019.

Doug was the father of three; Tammie, Toby and Josh, and the grandpa to 9 grandchildren.

Doug had called many places in Alberta and British Columbia home, but for the last 1 1/2 years his home was Grande Prairie.

Doug was born in Edmonton to Gordon and Edna Erikson on December 13, 1954 and was the oldest of 7 children.

He was predeceased by his mother 11 months ago, and his niece 6 months ago.

A Memorial Service will be held on December 21, 2019 at 11:00am at Bear Creek Funeral Home (11802 99 Avenue, Grande Prairie.).
