There now exists an emptiness in our fair city. A piece of culture and artistic gifting has left us here in Grande Prairie. We are saddened by the loss and yet grateful to have had the opportunity to listen to the music and the stories of Jim Nelson. I can only imagine what it is like in that place where he dwells now, sitting around a small fire visiting with long lost friends and characters of times past. Our thoughts and prayers go to Lynn and the rest of the family.
