April 10, 1947 – March 11, 2020 Ray Tysson passed away on March 11, 2020 at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital with his daughters Carol and Jackie at his side. Ray was born in Calgary, Alberta to parents Patrick and Vena Tysson. He was married to the love of his life on March 27, 1967, Elaine Tysson. They were married for 52 years until her passing in November 2019. Together they raised 6 children, Vena Marie, Carol Anne, Jeannine, Jackie, Patrick, and Raymond. He will be forever loved and missed by his daughters Carol Anne (Kevin), Jackie (Dean), 17 Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Grandchildren, his sister Verna Foster (Ron Foster) as well as his sister Patricia Tysson. He is also survived by his sons Patrick and Raymond (Barb), and his daughters Vena Marie and Jeannine (Nick). He was predeceased by his beloved wife Elaine, and his parents Vena and Patrick. A Graveside Service for both Ray and Elaine will take place towards the end of March.
