It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Son, Brother & Uncle. Sid passed away on August 18, 2015, with his family by his side. He fought a very short battle with cancer. Sid is survived by his father Frank and siblings Val & Brian and their children Nathan, Megan & Ethan, Dustin, Crystal & Jace, Tanner & Chelsea; Don & Lorna; Les & Tammy and their children Tyler & Riley. He also leaves his special friend Murray, along with Aunts, Uncles, and many special cousins and friends. Sid was predeceased by his mom Evelyn and his brother Lyle. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church (9610 108 Avenue) in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
