Work then necessitated two more moves – one to Winnipeg, Manitoba and then finally to Peace River where their third and final child, Carol Anne was born in December of 1963. Being so far from family was difficult, but the residents of Peace River welcomed them with open arms and dear friends became family very quickly. Anna Mae worked up to the age of 79 years as a book keeper at the Chapel of Memories, Peace River. Anna Mae loved her family and her favorite times were when family was gathered together. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff of GP Home Support, GP Home Care Staff and 3 North. Her family doctor, Dr. Obiajulu was incredible and we thank him with all our hearts.
