It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Murray Gerald Gauthier on November 1st, 2015. Murray fought a long, courageous battle with ALS and will be dearly missed as a loving husband, father and brother. Murray was born to Fred and Jean Gauthier on January 27th, 1962, in Lac La Ronge, Saskatchewan. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Kara, daughter Lily, and son Josiah, as well as sisters Anita Jackson and Joan Delores, and brothers Larry, Rene, Leslie, and Vincent Gauthier. Murray was pre-deceased by his parents Alfred and Jean Gauthier, and his brother Peter Gauthier. His family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Points West Hospice, as well as the staff at Grande Prairie Home Care and the ALS Society for the amazing care that was given to Murray and his family.
