Joseph Alan Turcot October 17, 1949 – February 10, 2016 Alan. Age 66, passed away on February 10, 2016 while at Grande Prairie hospital. Alan was born in Dorval, Quebec, and moved to Alberta in the late 1970’s. Alan’s first marriage was to Verna MacCrimon and they shared two children, Linda and Johnathan Turcot. Their location is not known. Alan’s second marriage was to Karen Kish, and they shared two children, Michelle and Kristopher. They both reside in Grande Prairie AB. Alan is survived by his children, and 2 grandsons-Michael and Zachary. Also a brother and sister, both in Ontario, and other extended family in eastern Canada. Alan was predeceased by his parents, Marcel Turcot and Patricia Bosworthic as well as his brother Paul Turcot. There was a small informal remembrance ceremony for Alan held on February 20th, 2016 at the Stonbridge Lounge where a few friends and family members attended. Al is loved and missed.
