With great sadness the family of Douglas Wallace Wright announce that his courageous battle with cancer was lost on May 28, at the age of 65. Doug, from Grande Prairie, is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Nina, and children Jackie Bhatti (Ben), Brent Bibby (Susan), and Bryce Wright (Lydia) along with his five grandchildren Brayden, Kaleb, Vadin, Joel and Carson. He is also survived by his mother Irene Wright, sister Delores (Nick) Hudak and brothers Edward (Corinne) and Lee (Janice) Wright. Doug was predeceased by his father Wally.
