Eugenia (Jean) Franke (nee Leidl) passed away at the Grande Prairie Care Centre on September 8,2013 at the age of 92. Jean will be deeply missed by her children Eugene (Lucille), Charlotte Weston, Philip (Shirley), Ralph (Deanna), Ken (Jacquie), Sandra Bass, daugter-in-law Dawn, David (Tawana), Dennis (Wanda), Colleen Ford (Gordon), Lois Frey (Marcel), Gail Kappel (John), Lynn Bevan (Brent), Sisters Dorothy Wirachowsky and Edith Lane numerous Grandchildren and great – grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband Charles Franke, sons Michael and Robert Franke, son-in law Ed Weston and grandson Jesse Franke. A memorial service in honour of Jean will be held at People’s Church (11850 108 street) Friday September 13 at 10:00 am.
