Obituary of Maxine Richardson
Maxine Richardson (nee Milburn) of Spirit River, Alberta, formerly of Nanaimo, BC, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2013 in Spirit River at the age of 68 years after a courageous battle with liver disease with family by her side. Maxine was a homemaker and mother most of her life, and drove pilot car for good friends who owned “Circle B Towing” in Nanaimo. When she moved to Grande Prairie, she worked cleaning apartments and later at Coscto before moving to Bonanza and then Spirit River. Maxine is survived by her husband David, and daughters Jody (Guy Baumel) of Grande Prairie and Megan (Ken Jones) of Spirit River; and grandchildren Courtney and Colton McManus (their father, Darcy), and Olivia Jones. She was predeceased by her parents William and Hazel Milburn (nee Clarkson) of Nanaimo, Uncle Ernest Aigner and Aunt Marjorie Aigner.
