Obituary of Sharon Lynn Sandul

December 17, 1940 – September 16, 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Sandul announce her passing on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at the age of 76 years.

Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Tarla (Mike) Cordingley and her grandchildren Dylan and Kirsten Cordingley.  She will also be fondly remembered by her siblings; Maxine (John) Gripich, Wayne (Sheila) Way, and Danny (Loreen) Way; her sisters-in-law Genevieve Shmyr and Francis Sandul, as well as numerous other family and friends.
Sharon was predeceased by her parents, Wes and Lois Way, her husband Gerald Sandul, her father-in-law George Sandul, her mother-in-law Mary Sandul, and brother-in-law Steve Shmyr.

Sharon loved family get togethers, playing cards with friends, camping, picnics, knitting, crocheting, bingo and doing puzzles.  For many years, Sharon worked at Courtesy Corner in Rycroft and enjoyed her time  making many good friends while working there.

Most of all, Gramma loved her grand kids and was very proud of both of them and their accomplishments.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1pm at the Rycroft Community Hall.  Interment will follow at the Greenway Cemetery. Donations may be made to Central Peace Long Term Care Resident Council, C/O Central Peace Health Complex, 5010 45 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta, T0H 3G0, ATTENTION:  Residents Council,  or charity of choice.
