It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eilene Palma Bangen-Watson (Fredland). Eilene was born on September 16, 1930 and passed away in Grande Prairie Alberta, on January 17, 2015 at the age of 84 years old. A memorial service will be held at a later date this year.
