Obituary of Paddy Lee Campiou
June 4, 1979 - December 26, 2017
We are broken-hearted to announce the passing of Paddy Lee Campiou. Paddy Lee was born in Edmonton, Alberta on June 4, 1979 and left us much too soon on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at age 38 years.
Paddy Lee loved his family with actions more than words. He gave his life and soul to his father, mother, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He was a defender for his family and did anything he could to free them from harm. Paddy Lee was a solid brick in the foundation of his family. Anything a family member asked him to do was as good as done. He was always seen with his dad, mom and carrying his nephew Zane. His family gave him happiness in life.
A recreational passion of his was martial arts. His martial arts mentor was Bruce Lee. He based his individual training on Bruce Lee movies and books. His name “Lee” was appropriate as his friends referred to him as being like Bruce Lee. His friend’s would say to him, “Hey Lee, Bruce Lee”.
Paddy Lee worked along side his dad in everything his dad did working in the forestry industry, logging, cutting wood, working at home and picking pine and spruce cones up to the day his dad passed away. Twenty-three days after his dad’s passing Paddy Lee followed his dad to heaven.
Paddy Lee is survived by his mother, Aline Verna Campiou, 3 brothers, 5 sisters, 14 nieces, 16 nephews, 14 great nephews, and 6 great nieces.
