Obituary of Lois Evelyn Frisken

October 14, 1956 – January 11, 2018

On January 11, 2018, Lois Evelyn Frisken passed away suddenly after a long struggle with chronic pain. 

She is survived by her husband, Ross, her son, Matthew and his wife Jenelle, her daughter Erin and her husband Ian, her grandchildren Colin, Tessa, Gabrielle and William.  Her siblings April (Jerry), Morris (Jodi) and Karen also mourn her loss.

She is predeceased by her parents, Ernie and Myrt, her brother, Roy and brother-in-law George.

Lois was most happy when she was cooking for her family, playing with grandchildren, camping in the mountains, practicing her yoga, walking her beloved dogs, Callie and Lulu, or enjoying a glass of wine.

Lois worked hard to manage her own health and found a group of practitioners whose care and support improved the quality of her life Her family is very grateful to them.

Lois wants all of us to take care of each other, plan dinners together, camp in the mountains and enjoy life.

Her family will honour her final wishes later in the year.
