Karen Marie Nordvie was born September 6, 1947, and passed away in Grande Prairie AB at the age of 67 years old on February 7, 2015. Karen’s deep love for her family will never be forgotten, and will be cherished every day. Karen is survived by her daughter Cheryl Smith (fiancé Terry Stauffer), her granddaughter Krystal Smith (Steven Baker), and grandsons Brett Smith and Cory Smith (Randi Kendall). She is also survived by her sisters Margaret (Yves Arseneault), Melanie Prangnell, brothers Bob (Teresa) Overgaard, Eric Overgaard, Brian (Linda) Overgaard, along with numerous nieces and nephews. At Karen’s request a small service of close family and friends will be held at her daughter and son in laws home on Saturday February 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM.
