Mrs Wild was my first grade teacher. She made learning fun & emphasized the importance of learning in general. A good person. Her family will miss her dearly. My deepest condolences to them.

Mary and John were among the first to greet us and welcome us into their home in GP. The obituary captures Mary's spirit so well, that I will add only that she was a very thoughtful person especially in her role a Catholic school board trustee. Hers was a life full and well lived with great service to others. It was my great good fortune to have known her. I'd like to thank the person who was kind enough to send me a copy of the prayer service. My condolences and prayers to the family.

Was saddened to know that Mary has left this earth, and know that all of you, her family, will miss her. I was very honoured to have known her during the years that we were neighbours on 93A St. in Grande Prairie. I'm grateful that memories of her are forever woven into the fabric of my life. Dearest Jenny and family, so very sorry to hear of the loss of your Grandmother. Read the obituary and she sounds like an amazing woman. Takes me back to the years living in Wanham until I was 10 yrs old and remembering the wonderful women of our community. They were a bery special breed and we were lucky to have them in our lives. I'm sorry for your loss. My memories of Mary are of how kind and appreciative she was of anything that anyone would do for her. She would always stop by my door at the lodge for a little chat and express her gratitude for a tasty meal or the entertainment the night before or even the beautiful flowers that were planted in the flower beds outside. I'm glad I had the opportunity to get to know Mary. She will be missed by many.
