Obituary of Emile Oscar Brien
April 6, 1954 – August 17, 2018
The family of Emile Brien mournfully announce his passing at Points West Hospice on August 17 after a long illness. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother and son.
Emile worked at Weyerhaeuser (P&G) for many years before accepting their retirement package. He then started his own company and was a successful maintenance and scheduling planner. He loved hunting, spending time with family and being out at “The Land”.
He is survived by his wife Noella, daughter Renee, son-in-law Jamie, grandsons Kaylan and Brody, mother Theresa and siblings Ed (Yvette), Diane (Jack) and Andre (Lori).

A Memorial Service for Emile will be held on September 12, at 11am at Bear Creek Funeral Home/Richmond Reception Centre, 11802 99 Avenue, Grande Prairie, AB.
A Gathering of Friends will be held on September 15 at The Land. Details will be provided at the Memorial Service.
