Obituary of Axel Alexander (Alec) Frome

Axel Alexander Frome

November 28, 1922 – January 2, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alec on January 2, 2019 at the age of 96.  He was a quiet, gentle person.  Alec lived in Grande Prairie since 1966 with some retirement years spent in Nanaimo.

He is survived by two daughters Shirley (Ross) Sutherland and Terry Scott; grandsons Ryan (Jaclyn) and Tyler (Percy) and great grandchildren Delainee, Georgia, Carter, Margaret, Ian and Samuel.

In 2009 he was predeceased by his wife Jessie Amanda and in 2004 by his son-in-law Robert Scott.

There will be a family graveside service at the Grande Prairie Cemetery.
