My deepest sympathy to your family. I worked with Lorraine at ATCO. I am sorry her retirement was cut so short. She worked many years and deserved many more years to enjoy family. Lorraine was always there to help direct me to the right source of information. I would call from the Valleyview ATCO office an immediately Lorraine would have answers for me. Transferring me to either Sharon or Heather was always a “solution “ so she could get on with her own work! May you Rest In Peace!

I did work for ATCO and interfaced a lot with Lorraine ( and Sharon Hollingshead ) when they worked at the work desk in Grande Prairie . I found Lorraine to always be on the mark , and it was just a pleasure to talk to her along with that infectious laugh of her , she made the job , fun . I was sad to hear of her passing and she will be remembered .

Lorraine was simply a "hoot" to work with at ATCO! I worked out of the Spirit River office and she was always cheerful and full of life! So pleased to have known her. She passed on many happy memories. Many Blessings!

I will miss the emails lorraine and i shared over he past 8 years. i met up with her again in 2012 at the ocean falls reunion in campbell river. she was a good woman and a straight-shooter. she was always amazed that i remembered how she loved elvis and james dean in her youth. i loved her sense of humour. she has emailed me about her diagnosis and still remained positive and witty in her subsequent emails. r.i.p. lorraine, condolences to her family and friends.
