Dear Mr. McAusland, Darren and Rocky, and extended family, we are sorry for your loss. Such a sad time. What a privilege it was for me to get to know Marj this past year. What a brave and positive person she was. We enjoyed her in the chemo room she was delightful and full of life, all of what we need in the chemo room for others and for us staff. Marj had no fear, she was bad ass courageous and so tough, mentally and physically. She was a fighter and she always exuded hope.
I enjoyed our chats and catching up about the grand kids and all the ball and sports fun. Of course hockey too! We staff and myself will miss her dearly. Even my kids who know Marj as 'Mrs. McAusland' yet never met her, are so thankful for her help with their hockey gear. What beautiful person. She is in God's keeping now, free of illness. May you think of many fond moments of her now and throughout the difficult times ahead. It will help get you through. You will miss her but see her again.

We are shocked and so sorry for your loss. Our most sincere condolences to her family and friends. I knew Marj through Fran and when I would meet her in the stores or other places like that she would always be so kind, friendly, and talkative with me. The last time I chatted up with her was at Costco, she had just come back from a weekly luncheon with her sisters, I believe. I remember that she said how she enjoyed these connecting moments with her sisters. These were meaningful times for her. You will be missed.

Marj was one of the kindest, most down to earth women I have ever met. She inspires so many to be the best they can and take others with them on their journey to do so. I will miss her upbeat attitude and the good feeling you were left with anytime you ran into her. She was greatly admired by our family and we will miss her!
