Obituary of Marlene Patricia Wales

Patricia Marlene Wales (Tink)

August 10, 1945 – July 15, 2018

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our Mom, Marlene.

Marlene fought a brief battle with pancreatic cancer and passed away on July 15, 2018.

From the very beginning, Marlene accepted her diagnosis and traveled her path bravely and with dignity. In her final weeks Marlene was able to spend time with her family and close friends sharing memories of times gone by and many laughs.

Marlene was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Rachel Tink; sister, Gayle; and brother, Darrel.

She is lovingly remembered and missed by her two brothers, Bryan and Dennis and sister, Gwen. Marlene will also be missed by her two sons, Craig (Stephanie) and Rod (Loreen) and her grandchildren, Aaron, Nathan, Katelyn, Sarah and Dylan.

A small celebration of family and close friends will be held to honor Marlene’s life.
